  1. Pre-heat pan over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
  2. Season your pork chops with salt and pepper add your chutney.
  3. Add the chops on the heated pan cook for 8 minutes on each side.
  4. Move the chops on the side and cook your mushrooms on the pan season them well
  5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve on a wooden board for the rustic look.
