500g Chunky Pork Loin

- Pre-heat pan over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
- Season your pork chops with salt and pepper add your chutney.
- Add the chops on the heated pan cook for 8 minutes on each side.
- Move the chops on the side and cook your mushrooms on the pan season them well
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve on a wooden board for the rustic look.
