    1. Heat up you pan.
    2. Add olive and butter.
    3. Season your fish.
    4. Before you start cooking, trim each sea bass fillet so they are both the same shape.
    5. Score the skin, cutting into the flesh slightly.
    6. Pan fry.

    *Set aside, add prawns – cook and finish with chopped chillies and parsley.*
